01. I want to change my reservation

If you made your reservation through our online booking system, please send us an email with the changes you require. If you were assisted with your booking by one of our associates, please send them a direct email for the alteration.

In either case, when contacting us in writing or by phone, please remember to quote your client number, your reservation code or your Bonus per Mile card number.

Please note that there is a changing fee for every change made to a your reservation:

To proceed with the modification of your booking, the above changing fee has to be accepted.

02. I want to cancel my ticket

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the ferry company you chose to travel with. In general, the closer to the departure date you cancel, the smaller your refund will be.

If you wish to proceed with a cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible. You can send your request for cancellation to our main email or directly to the associate that assisted you with your reservation. In either case, please remember to quote your client number, your reservation code or your Bonus per Mile card number.

From the refundable amount, Greekferries Club SA withholds a 10% cancellation fee.

Please note that service fees and delivery fees are not refundable.

All refunds are made based on the payment method you had selected. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to your card. If you paid by bank transfer, you will be asked to provide your account’s IBAN & BIC for the refund.

03. Aegean Flying Dolphins Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

  • Up to 14 days before departure date: 100% refund on tickets value.
  • Up to 7 days before departure date: 75% refund on tickets value.
  • Up to 12 hours before departure date: 50% refund on tickets value.
  • Cancellations made in less than 12 hours before departure are NOT entitled to a refund.
  • Tickets can be cancelled only by the issuing agency thereof.
  • Tickets can NOT be cancelled over the phone.

04. Aegean Speed Lines Cancellation Policy

  • 100% Cancellation within 24 hours from the time of issue. Tickets issued on the day of travel can be canceled up to half an hour after the issue and indispensably two hours before departure.
  • 100% Cancellation in case of canceled departure.
  • 100% Cancellation up to 14 days before departure.
  • 75% Cancellation up to 7 days prior to departure.
  • 50% Cancellation up to 12 hours before departure time.
  • For any cancellation it is required to submit the tickets to the issuing agency.

05. Aegeon Pelagos Cancellation Policy

Depending on the time of cancellation before the departure the ticket price is refunded as follows:

HIGH SEASON: (16/12/2016-08/01/2017, 24/02/2017-27/02/2017, 07/04/2017-23/04/2017, 02/06/2017-05/06/2017, 30/06/2017-10/09/2017, 15/12/2017-07/01/18)

  • Up to 14 days prior to departure: Tickets are canceled without charge or are converted into open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • From 13 to 7 days prior to departure: 25% cancellation fees or are alternatively converted into open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • From 6 days up to 2 hours prior to departure: 50% cancellation fees or are alternatively converted into open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • 2 hours before and up to the departure: 50% cancellation fees, tickets cannot be converted into open date and no change of date is possible.
  • After the departure: Tickets cannot be canceled or converted into open date and no change of date is possible.

LOW SEASON: (all other dates)

  • Up to 4 hours before departure: Tickets are canceled without charge or are converted into open date.
  • From 3 hours and up to 1 hour prior to departure: 50% cancellation fees or are alternatively converted into open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • 1 hours prior to departure and up to the departure: 50% cancellation fees, tickets cannot be converted into open date and no change of date is possible.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be canceled or converted into open date and no change of date is not possible.

Open date tickets are valid for one year from the original issue date. In order for the refund to be made the canceled tickets must be returned to the agency.

06. Agoudimos Lines Cancellation Policy

Passengers canceling their reservations are liable to the cancellations fees as follows:

  • From the date of issue up to 20 days prior to departure: No cancellation fees.
  • From 19 days up to 48 hours prior to departure: 20% cancellations fees.
  • From 48 hours up to the 24 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fees.
  • On the day of departure or failure to travel (no show): 100% cancellation fees.

Refunds: Are made only by the issuing travel agent.

07. Anek-Superfast Cancellation Policy

Adriatic Lines

  • From the date of the ticket issue and up to 22 days before the scheduled departure, the fare of the ticket is fully refundable.
  • From 21 days up to 8 days before the scheduled departure: 80% refund.
  • From 7 days up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure: 50% refund.
  • On the day of the scheduled departure: the fare is not refunded.
  • Tickets can be refunded only by the issuing agency.

Domestic Routes (Piraeus-Chania or Heraklion)

HIGH SEASON: (16/12/16-08/01/17, 24/02/17, 27/02/17, 07/04/17-23/04/17, 02/06/17, 05/06/17, 30/06/17-03/09/17)

  • Up to 14 days prior to departure: Tickets are canceled without charge or converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • From 13 up to 7 days prior to departure: 25% cancellation fees or converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • From 6 days up to two hours prior to departure: 50% cancellation fees or converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • 2 hours before and up to the departure: 50% cancellation fees, tickets are not converted to open date and no change of date is possible.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be canceled or converted to open date and no change of date is possible.

LOW SEASON: (the rest of the dates)

  • Up to one hour prior to departure: Tickets are canceled without charge or converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • 1 hour before and up to the departure: 50% cancellation fees, tickets are not converted to open date and no change of date is possible.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be canceled or converted to open date and no change of date is possible.

OPEN DATE TICKETS: Open date tickets are canceled without charge only when they originally have been issued as open date tickets. When converted to open date, the date when the ticket was made open is taken as the cancellation date and any refund is made with reference to the original travel date.

08. ANE Kalymnou Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund of the ticket value is granted for cancellations up to 1 day before departure.
  • On the day of departure, tickets cannot be cancelled, they can only be made open for travel on a later date.

09.ANES Cancellation Policy

  • 100% Up to 14 days before the departure.
  • 75% Up to 7 days before the departure.
  • 50% Up to 12 hours before the departure.
  • No refund is given for cancellations 12 hours before the departure.
  • Tickets can be made OPEN until 1 hour before the departure.

10. Blue Star Ferries Cancellation Policy

HIGH SEASON: 07/04/17-23/04/17, 01/05/17, 01/06/17-06/06/17 & 09/06/17-10/09/17 (*)

  • 7 days prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled without charge or can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • From 7 days and up to 4 hours prior to departure: A 50% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • 4 hours prior and up to the departure: 50% cancellation fees must be paid.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or to travel another date.

(*) For the period 07/04/17-15/04/17 & 01/06/17-03/06/17 for all departures from Piraeus or Rafina and for the period 16/04/17-23/04/17 & 05/06/17-06/06/17 for all departures to Piraeus or Rafina, tickets are cancelled without charge or converted to open date tickets or for another departure date, 14 days prior to departure. From 14 days and up to 7 days prior to departure, a 25% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date. Τhe above applies to all in between routes as well.

LOW SEASON: All other dates except those mentioned in HIGH SEASON

  • 3 days prior to departure: Tickets are cancelled without charge or can be converted to open date tickets.
  • From 3 days and up to 1 hour prior to departure: A 50% cancellation charge is applied or alternatively tickets can be converted to open date tickets or for another departure date.
  • 1 hour prior and up to the departure: 50% cancellation fees must be paid.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled or converted to open date tickets or to travel another date.

OPEN DATE TICKETS:

  • Open date tickets are cancelled without charge when they have been originally issued as open.
  • For tickets that are converted to an open travel date and then cancelled a 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • Open tickets for which a boarding card has been issued, are cancelled with a 50% fee.
  • Open tickets for which a boarding card has been issued and are then changed to another travel date, are also cancelled with a 50% fee.

11. Dodekanissos Seaways Cancellation Policy

The passengers can cancel or replace their tickets and get a partial or full refund depending on the date of cancellation.

  • In the case that a ticket is cancelled within a period of seven (7) days to one (1) hour prior to the vessel's scheduled date and time of departure, a refund of 50% on the fare is granted.
  • From fourteen (14) days up to eight (8) days prior to the vessel's scheduled date and time of departure, a refund of 75% on the fare is granted.
  • Up to 14 days before departure date: 100% refund on tickets value.
  • Alternatively, the passenger is given the possibility to convert these tickets into Open Date (Open) in order to use them on a future trip, provided that the request has been made before departure.
  • After the vessel's departure tickets cannot be cancelled, cannot be converted to Open Date (Open) and cannot be transferred to another date.
  • Tickets cannot be cancelled via telephone. Tickets can be cancelled or converted only by the issuing travel agent.

12. Egnatia Seaways Cancellation Policy

Passengers canceling their reservations are liable to the cancellations fees as follows:

  • From the date of issue up to 20 days prior to departure: No cancellation fees.
  • From 19 days up to 48 hours prior to departure: 20% cancellations fees.
  • From 48 hours up to the 24 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fees.
  • On the day of departure or failure to travel (no show): 100% cancellation fees.

Refunds: Are made only by the issuing travel agent or port agent on condition that the date of cancellation is confirmed on the ticket with the stamp and signature of the responsible office (issuing travel agency or port office).

13. European Seaways Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • Cancellation up to 30days before departure: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation from 29days till 7 days before departure: 75% refund.
  • Cancellation from 6 days till 24hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • For non-show tickets there is no refund.
  • The refund is only made by the agency that has issued the ticket.

14. Fast Ferries Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of tickets and return of fare:

  • From the date of issue of the ticket until 8 days before the scheduled time of departure: Tickets can be cancelled without cancellation penalties if the whole body of the ticket is returned or they can be converted to open date tickets.
  • From 7 days up until the scheduled time of departure: Tickets can be cancelled with a cancellation penalty of 50% as long as the whole body of the ticket is returned or alternatively, they can be converted to open date tickets.
  • After departure: Tickets cannot be cancelled, cannot be converted to open date, and no change of date is possible. Tickets can only be cancelled by the travel agents by which they were issued; they cannot be cancelled by phone. Persons wishing to cancel a ticket must deliver it to the agency that has issued it.

15. Golden Star Ferries Cancellation Policy

Tickets can be cancelled only in the travel agencies where they were issued, providing the original tickets. No ticket cancellation can be made over the phone. Terms of cancellation according to cancellation time.

LOW SEASON

  • Up to 6 days before departure: 100% refund or change to open date ticket.
  • From 6 days up to 12 hours before departure: 50% refund or change to open date ticket.
  • From 12 hours before departure to upon departure time: 50% cancellation fee.

HIGH SEASON (Easter, Holy Spirit and 01/08-31/08)

  • Up to 14 days before departure: 100% refund or change to open date ticket.
  • From 14 days up to 6 days before departure: 75% refund or change to open date ticket.
  • From 6 days up to 12 hours before departure: 50% refund or change to open date ticket.
  • From 12 hours before departure to upon departure time: 50% cancellation fee.

Open date tickets are refunded without cancellation fee only if issued originally as open date tickets. If they have been converted to open date ticket, there is a 50% cancellation fee.

16. Grimaldi Lines Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified to the Carrier in writing or by the travel agency that issued the ticket.

The following cancellation fees apply on the total amount of the ticket (passengers, vehicles, pets, other items)*:

Full fare ticket:

  • 10% penalty (plus fix dues) up to 30 days prior to sailing.
  • 30% penalty (plus fix dues) from 29 to 7 days prior to sailing.
  • 50% penalty (plus fix dues) from 6 to 2 days prior to sailing.
  • 100% penalty (plus fix dues), 1 day or less from departure and no show.

* Meals on board and shuttle bus service:
- they are not refundable in case of 100% penalty or no show
- they are 100% refundable in all other cases.

Special fare tickets are not refundable. No refund is granted for missed embarkation due to refusal by authority or due to missing or insufficient personal documentation or vehicle documentation. The tickets, which were made two changes of sailing date, are not refundable. Tickets with special Agreement are refundable if they are Special Fare tickets, otherwise they will be not refunded.

17. Hellas Speed Cat Cancellation Policy

Issued tickets are canceled in accordance with the following conditions:
- Up to 14 days before departure: 100% refund.
- Up to 7 days before departure: 75% refund.
- Up to 12 hours before departure: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure date cannot be refunded.

In order for the cancelation to be made it is necessary to return the ticket to the agent where it was issued (authorized for cancellations).

The Tickets can also be converted to open tickets at least 24 hours before the departure. Open date tickets can be replaced with tickets with a different date on any of our routes, subject to availability (valid for one year and non cancelable, any difference in price is not refundable). To convert a ticket into open date it is necessary to present the ticket to the issuer or any central agency of the ferry company.

In case of canceled sailings because of force majeure (for example due to bad weather conditions), the company will only return the full value of the ticket cost.

The company shall not be liable for any delay in sailing, deviation and not keeping the scheduled route due to unfavorable weather conditions or orders by the ministry and Port Authorities or due to force majeure and take place to ensure passenger safety.

18. Ionis Ferries Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 24 hours before departure the passenger is entitled to a full refund of the ticket value.
  • From 24 hours up to 2 hours before departure tickets cannot be cancelled, but tickets can be changed to a different date as long as the ticket is of the same or a greater price.
  • Less than 2 hours before departure the ticket can no longer be cancelled or changed to a different date.
  • In case of ticket loss, passengers are required to purchase a new ticket.

19. Kefalonian Lines Cancellation Policy

Ticket Cancelation:

  • Up to 14 days before departure 100% refund.
  • Up to 12 days before departure date 75% refund.
  • Up to 7 days before departure date 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made in less than 12 hours before the departure cannot be refunded.
  • Alternatively, tickets can be made Open to be used in the next trip, if requested by the passenger.
    The Open tickets are replaced with a new ticket of equal or greater value, paying the fare difference if seats are available in the ship. Any fare difference from the original cannot be refunded. The new ticket cannot be discounted if the old one wasn’t discounted too. Also, a vehicle ticket can’t be replaced by passenger ticket or conversely. Open Date tickets replaced with a new ticket, are applicable for a year.

20. Lane Lines Cancellation Policy

On Domestic Lines (Kythira - Antikythira - Gythio - Kissamos)

HIGH SEASON: (16/12/2016-08/01/2017, 24/02/2017-27/02/2017, 07/04/2017-23/04/2017, 02/06/2017-05/06/2017, 30/06/2017-10/09/2017, 15/12/2017-07/01/18)

  • Up to 14 days before departure: 100% refund or conversion into open date.
  • From 13 days and up to 7 days before departure: 75% refund or conversion into open date.
  • From 6 days and up to 2 hours before departure: 50% refund or conversion into open date.
  • 2 hours prior and up to the time of departure: 50% refund, tickets are not converted into open date and no change of date is not possible.
  • After the departure tickets cannot be canceled, cannot be changed or be converted into open date.
  • It is NOT possible to cancel by telephone.

LOW SEASON: (all other dates)

  • Up to 4 hours before departure: 100% refund or conversion into open date ticket.
  • From 3 hours and up to 1 hour before departure: 50% refund or conversion into open date ticket.
  • 1 hour prior and up to the time of departure: 50% refund, tickets are not converted into open date and no change of date is not possible.
  • After the departure tickets cannot be canceled, cannot be changed or be converted into open date.
  • It is NOT possible to cancel by telephone.

21. Levante Ferries Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 14 days before departure, 0% cancellation fees.
  • From 14 days up to 7 days before departure, 25% cancellation fees.
  • From 7 days up to 12 hours before departure, 50% cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure, 100% cancellation fees.
  • Passengers who wish to cancel their tickets are required to contact the travel agency that issued their ticket/s.
  • From 12 hours up to 1 hour before departure, tickets can be made OPEN.

22. Meander Travel Cancellation Policy

  • In the event of cancellation, written notice must be received by Meander Travel at least 3 days prior to the clients' arrival in order to receive the full refund.
  • In the event of no show, 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • In the event of the cancellations due to the bad weather conditions there will be no refund.

23. Minoan Lines Cancellation Policy

International Routes

  • From the date of the ticket issue and up to 30 days before the scheduled departure, the fare of the ticket is fully refundable.
  • From 29 days up to 7 days before the scheduled departure: 75% refund.
  • From 6 days up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure: 50% refund.
  • On the day of the scheduled departure: the fare is not refunded.
  • Tickets can be refunded only by the issuing agency.

Domestic Routes

  • From the date of the ticket issue and up to 14 days before the scheduled departure, the fare of the ticket is fully refundable.
  • From 13 days up to 7 days before the scheduled departure: 75% refund.
  • From 6 days up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure: 50% refund.
  • From 11 hours up to the departur

24. Nel Lines Cancellation Policy

High season: From 01/07 till 30/09

  • A ticket can be converted to an open date tickets up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • From the issuing date up to 12 days prior to departure date/time: 100% refund.
  • From 12 days up to the scheduled departure date/time: 50% refund.

Low season: From 01/01 till 30/06 and from 01/10 till 31/12

  • A ticket can be converted to an open date tickets up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • From the issuing date up to 5 days prior to departure date/time: 100% refund.
  • From 5 days up to the scheduled departure date/time: 50% refund.

25. Red Star Ferries Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • Cancellation up to 30days before departure: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation from 29days till 7 days before departure: 75% refund.
  • Cancellation from 6 days till 24hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • For non-show tickets there is no refund.
  • The refund is only made by the agency that has issued the ticket.

26. SEAMED (European Seaways) Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • Cancellation up to 30days before departure: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation from 29days till 7 days before departure: 75% refund.
  • Cancellation from 6 days till 24hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • For non-show tickets there is no refund.
  • The refund is only made by the agency that has issued the ticket.

27. Ventouris Ferries Cancellation Policy

  • A 100% refund, up to 91 days prior to departure.
  • A 80% refund, from 90 days up to 8 days prior to departure.
  • A 50% refund, from 7 days to 24 hours prior to departure.
  • The Company has no obligation to refund in case of cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to ship’s departure or if the passenger does not report at check-in.

28. Zante Ferries Cancellation Policy

For the periods 12/04/17 to 18/04/17, 28/04/17 to 01/05/17, 02/06/2017 to 05/06/2017 and 03/07/17 to 03/09/17 the following applies:
Tickets can be cancelled up until 5 days before departure. Tickets are cancelled without cancellation fees or are made open or they are transferred to other travel dates.
From 5 days up to 12 hours before departure, tickets can be cancelled with 50% cancellation fees or they can be made open or transferred to another travel date.

For travel dates outside the abovementioned period the following applies:
Tickets can be cancelled up until 3 days before departure.
From 3 days up to 2 hours before departure tickets can be cancelled with 50% cancellation fees or they can be made open.

For all travel dates:
Once the ship has departed tickets can neither be cancelled nor made open, except for reasons of force majeure when the passenger cannot travel and can confirm this with the necessary formal documentation.
